Made during the summer so it has several months to mature before the big day.  Designed to add some spice to your Christmas cold meats and cheese.   When you think you have eaten too much then just the smell of this will reignite your appetite.    It has a nice spicy warmth to make even the leftovers interesting.   Also goes well with anything roasted, even maybe a barbeque.
